NOTE: By default, all of the provided commands use the “Alex” voice. Make sure it is installed on your devices. On iPadOS/iOS: Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices > English > Alex On macOS: System Preferences > Accessibility > Spoken Content > System Voice > Customize

Apply Light/Dark Style
This pair of commands will apply a set of dark or light styles to the frontmost OmniOutliner document.
Share Outline Text
This will export the outline text to the Share Panel for distribution to Mail, Messages, Notes, Reminders, and 3rd-Party applications.
This pair of commands can be used to select the descendants of the currently selected item (row).
Selecting Top-Level Items
This pair of commands can be used to select the top-level items of the currently selected item (row).
This command will delete every item contained in the selected item (descendants). If no item is selected, then all of the outline items will be removed.
Document with Selection
A pair of commands for creating a new document containing the selected items.
Add Numeric Column
This command will add a new column formatted to display numeric content.
Append File Links to Note
This command will append links to the chosen files to the note of the selected item.
A set of four commands for selecting the previous, following, first, or last sibling of the selected item.
This command selects the parent item of the currently selected item.
New Top-Level Outline
This command creates a new outline document containing just the top-level items of the current document.
A set of commands for entering and exiting focus mode.
Column Title Alignment
A set of commands for setting the horizontal alignment of the outline column titles.
A set of commands for controlling the display of the vertical and horizontal separator lines.
A set of commands for controlling the display of the grid of vertical and horizontal separator lines.
A set of commands for controlling the display of outline columns.
New Formatted Column
A set of commands for adding a pre-formatted column: percentage, date, time, or currency.
Delete Added Columns
This command will delete any added columns.
Align Selected Columns
A series of commands for setting the content alignment of the selected columns.
Add Columns for Quarters
This command adds four numeric columns to the outline document, divided into quarters: 1st QTR, 2nd QTR, 3rd QTR, and 4th QTR
Format Selected Columns
A set of commands for applying formatting to the selected columns.
Add Enumerated Columns
A set of commands for adding new enumerated columns to the outline. An enumerated column is one whose contents are options are contained in a popup menu.
A set of commands for interacting with the status of items (rows).
Convert Outline to Project
Converts the current OmniOutliner document into an OmniFocus project.
A set of commands for controlling the expansion and contraction of rows in the outline.
A set of commands for controlling the display of row notes in the outline.
Alternating Row Colors
A set of commands for controlling the display of alternating rows in the outline.
A set of commands for marking and unmarking rows as being in “DRAFT” mode.
Select/Deselect All Rows
Select or Deselect all rows.
Attach Files to Note
Attach the chosen files to the note of the selected row.
Save Clipboard Text
This command will present a custom interface for saving the clipboard text to the OmniOutliner Documents folder on either iOS/iPadOS or macOS devices.
Copy Selected Rows
This command will copy the selected rows to the clipboard.
Title Case Selected Rows
This command will apply title case formatting to the topic text of the selected rows.
A set of commands for appending and removing jump links to/from row notes. A jump link is a link to another row.
A set of commands for applying or removing strike-through to or from the selected text or rows.
Apply/Clear Font Colors
A set of commands for applying or removing specified colors to or from the selected text or rows.
A set of commands for controlling the appearance of item handles. If no items are selected, the settings are applied to the document.
Clear Custom Formatting
A command for removing custom formatting (local style attributes) from either the selected item(s) or all items if no items are selected.
Import Copied Spreadsheet
A specialized command for importing tab-return-delimited spreadsheet data from the clipboard.
New Outline Document
Create and display a new outline document.
Applies or removes a yellow highlighter background to the selected items.
